Privacy policy
When you ask for a quote or book a session, you trust me with personal details and photos of your body. This page explains what I collect, why, and how I look after it.
Who I am

What I collect
- Your quote request: your idea, style, placement and size; your name, age, email and phone; how you'd like to receive the quote.
- Photos you choose to send: the area to be tattooed and reference images. Hidden data in the files (such as the GPS location your phone adds) is removed when you upload them.
- Health answers: whether you have a medical condition, allergy or skin damage on the area, and the details you add. I use them only to plan a safe session.
- Your booking: the dates you choose, your booking code, and a screenshot of your deposit payment if you send one.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to block spam. The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why I use it
- To study your idea and send you a quote.
- To book, confirm, remind you of and manage your sessions, and send aftercare instructions.
- To keep the studio's records and meet legal obligations.
I never sell your data or use it for advertising, and your photos are never published without your permission.
Who can see it
Only me. Your details and photos are stored privately and can only be opened from a password-protected panel. To run the site I rely on a few service providers that process data on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and spam protection), Resend (sending emails) and Google Workspace (my email). They don't use your data for their own purposes.
How long I keep it
- Photos from requests that don't turn into a booking are deleted after 6 months.
- Photos from bookings, and deposit screenshots, are deleted 2 years after your last session.
- Your name, contact details (email and phone) and the dates and amounts of your appointments are kept as part of the studio's records. Texas law requires tattoo studios to keep each client's record for at least two years after the last entry.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details and photos at any time: call or text (214) 713-0663, or email contact@michelquiroz.com. When you ask me to delete your data, I delete your photos, payment screenshots, the description of your tattoo, your health answers and our emails. I keep your name, contact details and appointment dates as part of the studio's records, unless the law allows me to delete those too and you ask for it. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Age
I only tattoo adults. The quote form and bookings are for people 18 and older.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
